The iPhone 15 Ultra is rumored to be the top-of-the-line model in Apple's 2023 iPhone lineup. It is expected to have a 6.7-inch OLED display, a triple-lens rear camera system with a periscope lens for improved zoom capabilities, and a new A17 Bionic chip. The iPhone 15 Ultra is also rumored to ditch the Lightning port in favor of USB-C charging.

According to a report by AppleInsider, the iPhone 15 Ultra could be called the iPhone 15 Pro Max. However, other reports have suggested that Apple will keep the "Pro Max" name for the 6.7-inch model and use the "Ultra" name for a larger 7.1-inch model.

The iPhone 15 Ultra is expected to be released in September 2023, along with the other models in the iPhone 15 lineup. The price is rumored to start at $1,199, which is $100 to $200 more than the iPhone 14 Pro Max.

Here are some of the key features that are rumored for the iPhone 15 Ultra:

  • 6.7-inch OLED display

  • Triple-lens rear camera system with periscope lens

  • New A17 Bionic chip

  • USB-C charging

  • 7.1-inch model also rumored

  • Release date: September 2023

  • Price: starting at $1,199

It is important to note that these are just rumors and nothing has been confirmed by Apple yet. We will have to wait until September to see what the iPhone 15 Ultra is actually like.
